Rates and Areas

We ship to the United States only, including Alaska and Hawaii.

Most orders ship for a flat fee via United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail. Some oversized or oddly shaped packages, like board-mounted window treatments, ship for a $25.00 shipping fee and may be shipped using either USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground. Samples ship via standard USPS First Class Mail.

Orders with a subtotal of $600 or above ship free.

 

Delays or Lost Packages

All lost or damaged packages are fully refundable or replaceable to any customer. We are, however, not responsible for packages showing as delivered under tracking status. All returned items that you would like to be resent are subject to a new shipping and repackaging charge.

When contacting us about potentially lost shipments, allow at least 7 days in transit for packages and at least 14 days in transit for samples.

 

Return Policy

Because our products are custom made to order, all our sales are final. For this reason, we recommend following the measuring instructions found on each product page exactly, as well as ordering fabric and trim samples before purchase.

We do, however, accept return or exchanges in the case of errors in workmanship made on our part. To start a return, you must do so within 14 days of the delivery date using our contact page.
